Our healthcare track record includes both new-build and refurbishment projects within hospital environments. Our role has focused on defined BIM and technical-delivery packages within wider multidisciplinary MEP teams.
Experience includes Revit MEP modelling and spatial coordination of building services for hospital support accommodation, together with ventilation schematics serving clinical, treatment and associated support spaces. Work is coordinated against architectural and structural information and developed with consideration of applicable healthcare requirements, including relevant HTM and HBN guidance where required by the project.
Every project is delivered through the BIM Hives Portal and managed to BS EN ISO 19650 principles — tasks, markups, revisions and hours tracked in one place, so your team has full visibility of progress and decisions from start to handover.
