Services are modelled and coordinated to current UK residential standards, including Part F and Part L, Part O overheating, and the requirements of the Building Safety Act and Gateway process where applicable.
Typical output covers riser and plantroom strategy, repeat-typology apartment layouts, ventilation and heating services, domestic water and drainage, and electrical distribution — modelled for consistency across repeating units and coordinated for a clean, buildable handover.
